Kenneth Sullivan Jr. Headlines Wabash College's MLK Observance

Talk honors legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

Crawfordsville, IN (01/14/2026) — Dr. Kenneth Sullivan Jr. will speak Monday, Jan. 19, at 7:30 p.m. as part of Wabash College's Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday Keynote Series, organized by the Malcolm X Institute of Black Studies (MXIBS).

The talk, titled "Dare to Dream," will be followed by a question-and-answer period facilitated by Kim King II, assistant director of the MXIBS.

Kenneth Sullivan Jr. is a pastor, writer, entrepreneur, conference speaker, and consultant who has taught and mentored leaders in churches of all sizes. Sullivan has served in the church for more than three decades and celebrated 19 years as senior pastor of New Direction Church in 2025.

A native of Indianapolis, Sullivan holds a doctorate of ministry from Portland Seminary at George Fox University. He has published books on relationships as well as Christian discipleship.

Sullivan's talk will take place in Salter Hall of the Wabash College Fine Arts Center. Admission is free and attendance by the public is encouraged.
